The Systems Architecture & Solution

We built the HiTech Mentor platform as a full-stack learning management system with a cohort management engine at its core. Instructors configure course schedules, assignment deadlines, and live session links through an admin dashboard; learners access a personalized dashboard showing their active cohorts, upcoming sessions, project milestones, and placement progress metrics in a single view.

A project submission and review workflow routes learner code submissions to mentor queues for structured feedback, with automated plagiarism detection and a rubric-based evaluation system that provides specific, actionable guidance rather than generic scores. The placement portal aggregates job opportunities from hiring partner companies and matches them against learner profiles based on skill assessment scores, course completion, and project quality — surfacing the highest-probability matches first.

The 100% Job Assurance Program is backed by a contractual commitment infrastructure: learners who complete all milestones and fail to place within 6 months receive a full fee refund, enforced by a milestone tracking system that objectively records completion status, mentor session attendance, project submission quality, and mock interview performance.
